On September 2014 we started an school cooperation project entitled "Discovering Europe". The project is funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus +.
Together with our partners in Poland, Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Romania, Italy, Slovenia and the UK, we will implement innovative teaching methods and publish as a result of our actions educational materials. Students and teachers will have the opportunity to visit the partner countries, taking part in meetings held successively by the schools participating in the project. |
ACTIVITIES
Webquests
We work on webquests to learn and discover about our countries.
Each webquests has two tasks:
- The first task is about gathering and processiong information and sharing it on the website. Each webquest is about a different topic or subject: geography, music, art, etc.
- To complete the second task we have to read carefully our partners contribution to the website to do a project or hands-on activity (wall display, model, song, comic, etc.)
These are the webquests we have built so far. The contributions from all the countries are under the "Resources" button:

Webquest in progress
We're working on arquitecture at the moment: "The art of building" is the website we've just finished. The second task for this wq is about making models of our partner's buildings, and show them in a model exhibition in our schools. Our models will be finished by the end of May 2015. |
This is the website we created. It describes two landmarks in Barcelona skyline: Sagrada Família and Torre AGBAR.
We're also looking forward to see the replicas our partners will make. |
